Under the musical direction of chief musician Vassilis Christopoulos (pictured), the curtain will rise over the opera Eugene Onegin at the historic San Francisco Opera House, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary. The famous conductor will lead the American Opera Orchestra in Tchaikovsky’s three-act opera about unrequited love based on Pushkin’s novel of the same name.

The famous actor surprised the organizers and participants of the matches – he even sat down to take a picture with them – but the surprise for everyone came a little later, when Hardy confidently won all the matches.
