The problem is even greater if we mean single-parent families where entrepreneurs are single mothers. These are the findings of the latest research conducted by the VBS Business Solutions team between June and August of this year

Inspiration often comes from our own achievements, reading or talking to valuable people, finding mentors who we value and who can guide us in life or business.
According to the study, in order to recharge their energy, mom-entrepreneurs do sports, travel, communicate with quality people, play a lot with babies and do not forget to take a breath, rest and meditate.
The study also highlights the reality that there are many women who regularly do nothing for themselves.
According to the study, the most important qualities that mother entrepreneurs need to have or develop in order to create a balance between their life plans revolve around planning and prioritization. Trust, patience, courage, and compassion or love, both for others, but especially for oneself, are also of particular importance.
