
In 2001, EKPA economics professor Panagiotis Petrakis and his team were inspired to create a research program for the distance delivery of educational programs called Additional distance education program (E–Education) EKPA. Twenty-one years later, where is this Program? Was the venture the expected success? The only criterion for answering is the course of the Program to date.
