
They were arrested in a spontaneous procedure on Sunday morning in Paticia by police officers from DI.ASA 36-year-old man from Guinea and a 42-year-old woman from Bulgaria defendants for the illegal detention and rape of a 29-year-old woman.
In particular, a 36-year-old and a 42-year-old woman are accused of inviting a 29-year-old girl from Algeria to an apartment in Patisia, whom the 36-year-old raped. Then, when the victim tried to leave the apartment, he was stopped by two defendants.
Finally, the 29-year-old girl managed to free herself and call the Emergency Center. Police teams DI.AS. they arrived at the scene, entered the apartment, where they released the victim and arrested the accused.
The corresponding case was registered by the Department of Security of Patisia, and those arrested were taken to the Prosecutor’s Office of Athens for criminal cases.
