Eduard-Michael Grossu (Drone Hopper Androni Giocattoli) won the third stage of the Cycling Tour of Romania between Tirgu Mures and Fegaras on Friday, a success that once again earned the Romanian rider the overall leader’s jersey.

Grosu won the 154km stage in 3hr 30min 20sec and will be wearing the yellow jersey again in the 55th race.

Edi Grossu also took over the red jersey from the Tour’s most aggressive cyclist. He also owns the blue shirt of the best Romanian.

The green jersey of the best climber is still worn by the Irishman McJoe (Wildlife Generation).

The white jersey of the best young driver (U23) belongs to German Mick Hemming (ATT Investments), reports Agerpres.

The fourth stage will be held on Saturday between Christian and Kurtja de Arges (209 km).
