The 38-year-old man appeared before a three-member Autoforo Administrative Court in Thessaloniki and was sentenced to a total of 1 year and 9 months in prison for attempted bodily harm, insult and threats. The court ruled that the accused should serve the first two months of the sentence (the rest of the sentence should be suspended), and suspended the appeal – on the condition that he would appear once a month at the police station in his district. residence. “He is pathologically jealous of me. Ever since we’ve been together for 17 years, I’ve been abused. I have repeatedly contacted the police, filed a lawsuit and injunctions. I was placed three times in a structure for women who were subjected to violence,” the 28-year-old, originally from Russia, said in her testimony. “But I forgave him on previous occasions and made amends.
