
The armed robbery took place at about 8:30 am at a bank branch located on Akrotiriu Street in the city of Akrotiriou. Patras.
According to police, the attacker, covering his face with a wig, burst into the bank branch, went to the cash register and took about 1,500 euros at gunpoint.
After that, the unknown person left the bank branch, got on a two-wheeled motorcycle driven by his accomplice, and disappeared in an unknown direction.
In the meantime, the police were notified and began an investigation to identify the perpetrators. Patras police take statements from bank employees and eyewitnesses as part of an investigation to identify those responsible.
