Neparatov and eight members of his OZH were convicted in 2013 in Russia’s Sergiev Posad. In the same year, members of his gang committed an armed robbery attack in the village of Svatkove and beat a man and a woman who lived in the house they robbed.

In March 2010, Neparatov killed his acquaintance because he refused to lead the gang members to the scene of another robbery. He was kidnapped, beaten and stabbed 88 times, investigators said. During the planned attack, the gang also killed a businesswoman. In addition, Neparatov killed three people who owed him money: in all three cases, the amount did not exceed 10,000 rubles (about 250 euros in 2010 prices).

In July 2013, he and members of his gang were found guilty of five murders, three robberies, extortion, fraud, illegal possession of weapons and other crimes. Neparatov received the longest term of all – 25 years of imprisonment.

Neparatov executed only 12, after which he was co-opted to fight in Ukraine, in military uniform. Posthumously awarded the medal “For Courage” signed by Vladimir Putin, as well as the medal “For Blood and Courage” from the leadership of the so-called “LDNR”.
