
At the end of August, the percentage of Russian citizens’ trust in President Vladimir Putin was 81.1%, and 78.1% of respondents approve of the president’s work, reports VCGD, which published the results of the survey. On August 22-28, among 1,600 respondents over 18 years old, reports the Russian news agency TASS.
“The approval rating of the President of Russia from August 22 to 28, 2022 was 78.1% (-0.3% for the week). The indicators of the positive rating of the Prime Minister and the Government of Russia over the last week fell to 51.8% (- 0.8%) and 50.8% (-0.1%), respectively,” the message reads.
81.1% of surveyed Russians responded positively to the question of trust in Vladimir Putin (-0.1% during the week), and 62.5% of respondents trust Mykhailo Misushin (this indicator did not change during the week).
The respondents also expressed their trust in the leaders of various parliamentary factions.
The leader of the CPRF Gennady Zyuganov was recognized by 33.6% of respondents (-3.1%), the leader of the “Just Russia – For Truth” party Serhii Myronov – 31.7% (+0.2%), the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party – 17.5%, the leader of the “New People” party Oleksiy Nechaev – 10.9% (+0.7%).
The survey also showed that the level of support for the United Russia party was 40.2% (+0.3% for the week), and the CPRF – 10.2% (-0.5%). LDPR gained 8.1% (-0.5%), O Rusie Justă – Pentru Adevăr received 5.7% (+0.3%), and the New People party reached 4.8% (+0.5) .
