The woman went to the police on Tuesday (30.08) to file a complaint because, she claims, a 45-year-old man was outside the door of her house and threatened to kill her. In her testimony, she leaned over and told the police that on August 26, he raped her in her home.
Yesterday, on Wednesday, the defendant was brought to court, claiming that the contact with his ex-wife was consensual, and she complained that he raped her in the house with violence and threats. He also denied that he threatened to kill her or create any incidents outside the home.
According to gegonota.news, the 40-year-old mother of a young child will undergo tests and the prosecutor’s office has appointed a preliminary investigation, while it became known that a 45-year-old man of Albanian origin is in Greece illegally.
