The Political Action Committee (PAC) donated $650,000 to the Smithsonian Institution, most of which went towards portraits of Donald and Melania Trump (pictured). The paintings will eventually be moved to the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C., where all other recent presidential portraits currently reside. This is the first time that a portrait of a former president has been sponsored by a political organization.

The former first lady, senator, and secretary of state stars in the 8-part AppleTV+ documentary series Courage based on Clinton’s best-selling book, The Fearless Women’s Book: Favorite Stories of Courage and Resilience. The series will premiere on September 9th.

(…) 52-year-old Canadian dancer Aaron Watkin (pictured) will become the new Artistic Director of the English National Ballet and succeed Tamara Rojo in August 2023. Watkin was Artistic Director of the Semperoper Dresden for 16 years and although she is not a star of Rojo’s caliber as a dancer, she has had a solid and remarkable career so far.
