The profession of legal adviser will be removed from the Classification of Professions of Romania (COR) and will be replaced by the profession of legal adviser, the Labor Inspectorate announced on Wednesday.
The Labor Inspectorate informs employers who have employees as legal advisers that this profession will be removed from the COR, and in individual employment contracts it must be replaced by legal adviser.
According to the State Inspector General Dantes Nicolae Bratu, at the moment, REVISAL has registered 2,205 employment contracts for hiring legal counsel. Of these, 1,544 work full-time, 661 part-time, and this position is held by 2,000 workers who are registered with 2,010 employers.
