The frightened tourists got into their car and tried to drive away, but the two attackers did not stop there. Instead, they began to pursue them and “drive” the rented car for a distance of two kilometers, that is, to the crowded center of Perama at that time.

In fact, the agricultural machine overtook the rented car and ended up in front of it. Then, according to the complaint, he literally “climbed” in reverse into a parked car, in which there was still a German family.

One of the sons of a German family told ERT: “It was like a gunman, I can’t describe to you how terrible this incident was and how threatened my life I felt when he moved towards me with a knife. Seeing my sister crying made me instinctively want to protect her, but there is little you can do when you have a knife in front of you. It was a real shock.”
