
​ANRE announced on Friday that it has verified and disbursed more than 2.4 billion lei from the state budget, the amount related to the settlement requests submitted by energy suppliers for the period from November 2021 to March 2022 (compensation scheme established by GEO 118/2021). respectively April 2022 – March 2023 (according to the scheme established by GEO 27/2022). According to ANRE, GEO 118/2021 is approximately 98% settled.
“Taking into account the activities carried out by NARE regarding the collection, verification of data, preparation of analytical sheets and determination of amounts to be paid from the state budget through the budget of the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity, In accordance with the provisions of the relevant regulatory acts, the state of settlement requirements for the period November 2021 – March 2022, respectively April 2022 – March 2023 is presented as follows:
What amounts were requested and sent for calculation based on GEO 118/2021 (reporting November 2021 – March 2022):
- total number of companies that submitted applications: 80,
- total number of submitted applications: 350,
- total number of approved applications: 259,
- total number of unacceptable applications: 58,
- total amount sent to me: 2,262,328,896.94 RON,
- total value of unacceptable applications: 10,243,419.53 RON,
- total requested value: 2,272,572,316.47 RON.
A difference of the 33 applications submitted for settlement are in various stages of analysis and as operators upload the data and supporting documents required by the appointed experts, their verification and determination will be carried out as expeditiously as possible.
What amounts were declared and sent for calculation according to GEO 27/2022 (reporting April 2022 – March 2023):
- total number of companies that submitted applications: 52,
- total number of submitted applications: 114,
- total number of approved applications from domestic consumers: 8,
- total number of approved applications, foreign consumers: 10,
- total number of approved applications, domestic and foreign consumers: 18
- total number of unacceptable applications, internal consumers: 0,
- total number of unacceptable applications, non-domestic clients: 0,
- total amount sent by ME to non-household consumers: 97,730,150.13 RON,
- total amount sent to ANPIS, household clients: 84,417,434.54 lei
- the total cost of unacceptable applications is 0 RON,
- total requested value, non-residential customers, ME: 97,730,150.13 RON,
- total requested value, household consumers, ANPIS: 84,417,434.54 lei
- total requested value, household and non-household consumers: 182,147,584.67 RON
A difference of the 96 applications submitted for settlement are in various stages of analysis and as operators upload the data and supporting documents required by the appointed experts, their verification and determination will be carried out as expeditiously as possible.
