
Prosecutors and police searched the cars and tents of participants of the electronic music festival in Harghita, DIICOT announced that 15 people were seized with various amounts of drugs.
According to DIICOT, searches were carried out in 26 premises – vehicles, including caravans, and tents – located in Gălăuțaş commune in Harghita county, in the area of the electronic music festival, “there are indications that several participants, Romanian citizens and foreigners, involved in of drug trafficking operations”.
DIICOT reports that 15 people were seized with: 123 pills of different colors and shapes, 15 brands of LSD, about 39 grams of hashish, a culture of hallucinogenic mushrooms at home, various amounts of high and high-risk drugs (cocaine, ketamine, hallucinogenic mushrooms, cannabis buds, home-made cannabis cigarettes) and items used for drug trafficking and consumption (grinders, high-precision electronic mini-scales, pipes, vaporizers, tracer bags, syringes, various snort items).
Previously, 8 people (citizens of Romania and foreigners) involved in drug trafficking and consumption were arrested, 50 grams of cannabis buds, 14 brands of LSD, approximately 12 grams of a suspicious powdery substance such as amphetamine, 5 tablets of ecstasy, Approximately 3 grams of ketamine, 2 grams of cannabis resin, 7 diazepam tablets, electronic mini scales, 4 meat grinders, a pipe and 4 plugs, prosecutors said.
Organized Crime and Terrorism Investigation Office – Hargit Territorial Office opened criminal cases for trafficking in dangerous and dangerous drugs and illegal possession of dangerous and dangerous drugs for personal consumption.
