“The cure for difficulties is cooperation,” emphasized Mr. Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Jerome I.N. Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Chrysospiliotissa, where the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist was celebrated.

To this, in fact, he pointed out that we are called to forget about any differences and cooperate for the good of our homeland, Greece.

Concerning cooperation in the Church, the Primate of the Greek Church noted that all the projects implemented in the Archdiocese are not his, but proceed from the cooperation of all, his partners, the people, people who support the work of the Church. “The Church should set an example of the cooperation of priests with the people, high priests with each other and with the people, so that the people can pass it on, to politicians, to those who are around us, and to fight for this is the very place,” he stressed.

Finally, he urged us to strive for cooperation, camaraderie and understanding. He also wished that “today, on the great feast of the Most Holy Theotokos, everyone would be loved, forgiven, embraced, and together follow our path and let in those who can come.”

After the Divine Liturgy, the archbishop addressed the journalists and noted that “the Virgin Mary is a consolation to all of us. She is our mother. Therefore, we hope that this will be our help.”

Bishop Evripou Chrysostomos collaborated with Archbishop Jerome. The head of the church, Father Athanasius Attart, thanked the archbishop and spoke about the work he has been doing all these years in the Archdiocese.
