The incident happened at 09:00.
According to information, a 34-year-old man who claimed that he had drugs and explosiveswas arrested.
The vehicle was checked by employees of the department for the disposal of unexploded ordnance (TEAM) and no explosives were found.
The investigation into the case is ongoing, mainly by checking the vehicle.
The 34-year-old man will be taken to the Security Service after the completion of the investigation.
