The musicians will travel over 300 miles from London to Amsterdam to raise funds for refugees affected by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Bridges For Music is organizing the sixth edition of its annual charity bike ride, culminating in the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) in October.
In cooperation with the public organization “Choose love”, which supports refugees and internally displaced persons, she will raise funds for humanitarian assistance in Ukraine.
Cyclists will start from London on October 16 and four days later, on October 19, will arrive in the capital of the Netherlands.
Artists Msaki and Dope Saint Jude, as well as music industry executives from the SONOS festival and record label Parlophone signed up for the bike ride.
The five-day conference and festival of electronic music ADE takes place every year in the capital of the Netherlands.
Last year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the cycling route ran within Amsterdam.
“We are delighted to welcome cyclists across the border again and have the opportunity to help raise funds for both Bridges For Music and Choose Love,” said Jan Willem van de Ven, director of ADE.
