At noon on Friday (08.05) in the area of ​​Agia Paraskevi, two minors (17 years old) were detained by the police of the security department of Agia Paraskevi and the security department of Peania of the Security Sub-Department of North-East Attica. arrested for robbery in favor of a minor.

Against them, as well as against two other citizens who are on the wanted list, a case of robbery with complicity was initiated. In particular, in the evening hours of August 4, 2022, the aforementioned defendants, driving a car in Agia Paraskevi, drove up to a minor and with the help of objects (a plastic hammer and a globe) immobilized him and took away his identity card, mobile phone and amount of money.

A relative of the victim was taken to the hospital for first aid. As part of the preliminary investigation, the identity of one of the criminals was established by the victim, as well as the identities of the other, who were identified and detained.

The vehicle involved and their mobile phones were seized. The arrested were taken to the Athens prosecutor’s office for criminal cases, and the preliminary investigation is being conducted by the Security Department of Agia Paraskevi.
