Monkeypox: 39 cases in Greece

Her cases reached 39 monkeypox in Greece, according to the National Public Health Organization (EODY) weekly update.

It is noted that all patients are male, their average age is 37 years (22-59 years). Thirteen of them reported traveling abroad during the incubation period of the disease (33%).

It is noted that reported laboratory-confirmed cases have already recovered or are recovering in generally good clinical condition.

In total, in Europe until August 2, 2022, 15,926 cases of the disease were registered in 38 different countries, according to ECDC data.
