Taxpayers who belong to Sector 4 of ANAF cannot receive some documents, some of them complain to different groups.

For example, the tax official informed a person that they could not issue a tax certificate because the database could not be accessed due to technical problems.

According to HotNews.ro, the problem is known, work on its solution is being carried out through the National Center for Financial Information (CNIF), which belongs to the Ministry of Finance. Maybe by next week the problem will be solved, but nothing is certain.

Even ANAF, in a press release regarding the debtors, states that “the database that contains the tax debt administration system at the level of the Public Finance Sector Administration 4 has encountered technical problems, due to which the publication on the portal www.anaf.ro has a list of taxpayers, which have unpaid tax liabilities as of June 30, 2022 and unpaid as of July 31, 2022, which are administered by the specified tax authority, will be paid additionally.”

For the last month, ANAF still had problems, some accountants did not even send some reports until 12 midnight on July 25th. Moreover, in the following days after the 25th, a message about malfunctions appeared on the website.
