According to ELAS, 195 people and 86 vehicles were checked, 38 traffic violations were confirmed.
As part of the check, 12 people were detained. Two for driver’s license revocation, four for customer referral, two for drug violations, three for foreigner violations, and one for revocation of a health certificate.
In addition, a small amount of cannabis was seized. Such operational activities, whose main characteristics are the increase in the presence of the police and the implementation of targeted control, will continue in all regions of the Crete region.
