OUR Hillary Clinton and Chelsea Clinton will join the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) to present the Bold documentary series.
The former US presidential candidate and her daughter will attend the TIFF conference, one of several speaking events to be held at the festival in Canada.
In Courage, a documentary series based on Clinton’s The Book of Fearless Women, mother and daughter interact with their characters, including journalist and political activist Gloria Stein, actress and writer Wanda Sykes, and primatologist Jane Goodall.
The series will premiere on Apple TV Plus on September 9, and the conference will run from September 9 to 13.
The Toronto International Film Festival runs from 8 to 18 September.
Festival Director General Cameron Bailey stressed that he is inspired by women’s knowledge of social issues and gender politics.
