Corvinul Hunedoara and Gloria Buzeu, who came from third and fourth place in the play-offs, kept their positions even after Thursday’s draw.

After an empty first half, Timotei Mitran opened the scoring for Hunedomen in the 50th minute with a shot from outside the penalty area, taking advantage of a fortuitous exit from goalkeeper Greab.

Buzoychan equalized the score in the 72nd minute, when the Frenchman Rassambek Akhmatov, who had just entered the field, hit the crossbar from 25 meters.
