Kevin De Bruyne continues to lead the hierarchy of the highest paid players in the Premier League with a gross monthly salary of €2.02 million.

The Belgian is followed on the podium by his colleague Erling Haaland (€1.9 million) and Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah (€1.77 million), who tied with Casemiro (Manchester United).

In France, Kylian Mbappe is the highest paid player in the top five European leagues. Mbappe receives a monthly salary of 6 million euros at PSG.

The French international earns almost six times more than compatriot Ousmane Dembele and Brazilian Marquinhos, his PSG colleagues, both on a salary of €1.12m.

Arriving in the Bundesliga last summer, Harry Kane earns €2.1 million gross per month, leading the German league, followed on the podium by Manuel Neuer (€1.66 million), Thomas Muller (€1.66 million), Kingsley Coman (€1.42 million) and Serge Gnabry (€1.42 million).

The surprise of this top was La Liga, where David Alaba leads the hierarchy of the highest paid football players of the Spanish championship with 1.88 million euros gross per month.

Robert Lewandowski of FC Barcelona is second in La Liga with €1.87 million gross per month, followed by four players with €1.67 million gross per month: Vinicius Jr. and Jude Bellingham (Real “). Ilkay Gundogan (Barcelona) and Jan Oblak (Atletico).

In Italy, the first place is occupied by the striker of “Napoli” Viktor Osimen with 1.5 million euros gross per month. The term “gross” carries more weight in Italy than in other countries. Foreign players could still benefit from favorable tax treatment due to the so-called “growth decree”, which was later repealed, which would change the release dates for the following seasons.

At the moment, Juventus players Dusan Vlachovych (1.07 million euros) and Wojciech Szczesny (1 million euros) are on the second and third places in terms of salaries in Serie A.
