Sorana Kirstea vs Sloane Stephens in the second round of the WTA in Miami
Admitted to the main draw directly in the second round, Sorana Kirstea (24 WTA) will play a match with American Sloane Stevens (41 WTA).
The 2017 US Open winner Stephens advanced to the first round of Germany’s Angelique Kerber (342 WTA) in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3, after an hour and 11 minutes of play.

The American moved on after two sets, 6-0, 7-5.
