2024 Australian Open and Rotterdam champion Sinner defeated Czech Jiri Lehecka (32 ATP) 6-3, 6-3 in the quarters.

The third favorite of the competition in the Californian desert is waiting for a hot match with the winner of the match Carlos Alcaraz (2nd seed) – Oleksandr Zverev (6).

Sinner became the youngest player in the Open Era to start a season with 16 straight wins (22 years, 211 days). The old record belonged to Novak Djokovic (23 years and 299 days / season 2011).

The BNP Paribas Open is an ATP 1000 tournament that takes place from March 6 to 17. The game is played on a hard surface and the total prize pool is $8,995,555. The titular champion is Carlos Alcaraz.
