The Kazakhstani started the first set brilliantly and at one point led 4-1, but Iga Svyatek made a great comeback and managed to win the first set on a tiebreak.
In the second action, the Pole lost only two games.
For success in Doha, Iga Svyatek will receive a check for $523,485 and 1,000 points in the WTA singles ranking.
