World number 50 Sam Craigie pulled off a shock 5-1 win over 2023 snooker winner Ali Carter in the quarter-finals of the German Masters.

Ali Carter lost to Sam Craigie in the quarter-finals of the German Masters

Craigie led 4-0 and was unstoppable en route to his first career semi-final on the pro circuit.

Sam will battle for a place in the grand final with Judd Trump after the world number two saw off John Higgins (12th) 5-2.
