Yakub Gromada will sign with Rapid – the midfielder played at Euro-2020

Rapid have made six transfers this winter, paying more than €2.5 million, but the acquisition campaign does not appear to be over yet.

Due to the fact that Emmers and Kite have not been injured for a long time, and Damian Djokovic has not yet been integrated into the system of Cristiano Bergodi, boss Dan Shuku wants to strengthen the midfield with Jakub Hromada, a Slovak from Slavia Prague, GSP reports.

For 1.3 million euros, the midfielder trained in Italy at Juventus, Genoa and Sampdoria, and since 2017 he has been playing in the Czech championship.

At the age of 27, Hromada has five selections for the Slovak national team, with which he participated in the 2020 European Championship.

A two-time champion with Slavia Prague, the central midfielder will be Rapid’s seventh signing of the winter following Hasani, Burmaz, Krasnich, Djokovic, Ioannis and Vulturar.
