Charles Leclerc extended his contract with Ferrari
After making his Formula 1 debut with Sauber in 2018, he became a permanent member of the Ferrari team in 2019 and has since taken five wins as well as 23 pole positions.
“I am very pleased to know that I will be wearing the Scuderia Ferrari racing suit for a few more seasons. Competing for this team has been my dream since I was three years old: I watched the Monaco Grand Prix from the window of a friend’s apartment and always kept a close eye on the red cars. This team has become my second family since I joined the Ferrari Driver Academy in 2016 and we have achieved a lot together, fighting through all the difficulties of the last five years.
However, I believe the best is yet to come and I can’t wait for this season to continue to progress and be competitive in every race. My dream remains to win the World Championship with Ferrari and I am sure that in the years to come we will enjoy great moments together and make our fans happy.” Charles Leclerc said.
The dream continues @Charles_Leclerc ❤️
