Carlos Alcaraz continues his very good run from the Australian Open 2024, the Iberian without emotion qualifies in the quarters. The second favorite from Melbourne beat Miomir Kecsmanovich in three sets.

Carlos Alcaraz, a three-set win over Miomir Kecsmanovic

The Spaniard needed an hour and 50 minutes to defeat the Serb, who is ranked 60th in the ATP rankings, 6-4, 6-4, 6-0.

Alcaraz made five breaks, did not lose serve and won three times more winners (43-19).

Carlos is now 2-0 in head-to-head matches with Miomir after he also defeated him in the quarterfinals of the 2022 Miami Masters.

The Pyrenean will fight for a place in the semi-finals against Oleksandr Zverev (6). They have met seven times and the German leads 4-3.
