Petrolul Ploiești transferred Alexandra Isfan from the University of Craiova

A year ago, the University of Craiova made a real hit in the trade market, managing to sign Aleksandra Isfan from FC Arges for €650,000, a player wanted by FCSB or Rapid at the time.

However, his performances left much to be desired, and the right winger failed to score in 27 matches for Olten.

Rejected by teams from the University of Cluj and FC Hermannstad, the midfielder finally arrived at Petrolul Ploiesti.

“FC Petrolul Ploiesti has reached an agreement with the University of Craiova on the loan of Romanian midfielder Alexandru Isfan for a period of one and a half years!

At the age of 23, Ishfan played 84 matches at the level of the Romanian Super League. The professional striker has played for CS Mioveni, FC Argeș, Craiova University and participated with the Romanian youth team at the European U21 Championship from 2023!

We wish the Yellow Wolves team success and achievements!” Petrolul Ploiești reported on social networks.
