Caroline Garcia (20 WTA) managed to win the first set of the match against Iga Svyatek, but the leader of the WTA hierarchy raised the level of the game and lost only two games to the end: 6-1, 6-1.

Having already qualified, the Poles also won in the mixed doubles: Katarzyna Kava / Jan Zielinski beat Eliksane Lekemia and Edouard Roger-Vasselin with a score of 6-3, 6-3.
