Bohdan Andone, the new coach of FC Botosani

After the resignation of Dan Aleksa, “Botoshani” was coached by Andrei Patache and Mihai Chobanu. The boss of the group is convinced that Andone will be able to save the team from relegation.

“I talked to many people, and Bohdan Andone is the coach who will start training with the team in 2024. I hope we made the best choice at this point. He has a lot of experience and everyone I spoke to spoke highly of him.

The situation in the team forces us to make some moves in the composition, but there is no point in discussing names yet, even if, of course, we need to move quickly.

As for Pius, the situation is still unclear. He has offers from Portugal and Belgium but nothing is finalized yet. At the moment, he is our player”, – Valery Iftimequoted by DigiSport.

During his career, Bohdan Andone also coached FCSB, Astra Giurgiu, FC Voluntari, SSU Poli Timisoara and Apollon Limassol.

FC “Botoshani” scored 12 points in 21 stages and occupies the last place in the Super League rating.
