Florin Tenase, the hero of Al-Ahdud in the duel with Al-Tay

Al-Tay, the formation coached by Laurentiu Regekampf, suffered their second consecutive defeat in the first league of Saudi Arabia.

Al Ahdud, featuring Andrej Burke and Florin Tenase, edged to a 1-0 win thanks to a goal from the former FCSB forward.

Tenase scored the only goal of the game in the 56th minute off a pass from Hussain Al-Zabdani.

Thanks to this victory, Al-Ahdud got out of the red zone of the rating, managing to score 16 points and rise to 14th place.

Instead, Al-Tai remains in 12th place with 17 points after 17 stages.
