In 2022, the trophy belonged to Lionel Messi, but FIFA has announced that the World Cup in Qatar will not affect the award, as the achievements of players between December 19, 2022 and August 20, 2023 will be taken into account.
The gala concert will take place on January 15, 2024 in London.
