The third semi-finalist of the Women’s World Handball Championship was decided on Wednesday after the match between Sweden and Germany, which ended with a score of 27-20 (16-6).

Hosts of the final tournament, along with Norway and Denmark, Sweden also made it to the penultimate act of the competition after defeating Germany.

The Swedes had a great first half, and after the first minutes they led 7:0.

The end of the first 30 minutes brought a difference of ten goals, 16-6.

In the second half, the team that sent Romania home leveled the game, managed to reduce the home team’s advantage to four goals, but the end for the Swedes was without emotion.

Norway and France, the other two big favorites to win the World Cup, have already booked their tickets to the World Cup semi-finals.

Experts say that Denmark is next, but it is not yet known to what extent Montenegro will be able to prevent it or not. The match starts at 21:30 and can be watched live on Digisport 4 and Prima Sport 4.
