Dynamo Bucharest suffered their fourth consecutive defeat at the Sepsi Sfantu Gheorghe field with a score of 2-1 in favor of the hosts in the last game of the 18th round of the Super League.

In the first match of both in Romania, the German Bernd Stork won the confrontation with the Croatian Zeljko Kopic.

Sepsi started the attack and after 11 minutes, Marius Stefanescu opened the score with a wonderful shot from 15 meters over the goalkeeper Golubovic.

The hosts continued to attack and Stefanescu doubled the lead in the 31st minute, restarting the game from an inside free kick.

“Dynamo” came out of the booths better, and Lamine Ghezali reduced the difference in the 51st minute after Gonzalo Gregorio’s shot, which was deflected into the goal.

That proved to be not enough and Sepsi could have extended their lead in the 68th minute when Safranco fired home from the perfect position.

The result moves Kovasneni to 10th place, just three points from the play-offs, while Dynamo remain penultimate, eight points from the first play-off spot.
