Bayer continues a great season in the Bundesliga. The leader of the German first league confidently defeated Werder Bremen 3:0 on the road and won 8 victories in a row.

Bayer opened the scoring after just 9 minutes away to Werder Bremen, with Demann scoring an own goal.

Before the break, Jeremy Frimpong increased the advantage of the team coached by Xabi Alonso (min. 43).

In the second half, Spain’s Grimaldo set up the final score of the game with an action completed in the 76th minute.

Also on Saturday, Borussia Dortmund managed an impressive comeback in the home match against Borussia M’Gladbach.
