
The Romanian Football Federation announced on Tuesday that the Group I match between Israel and Romania in the 2024 European Championship preliminary tournament will be played in Hungary instead of Budapest.

After the Nicosia and Budapest options fell through, UEFA has given the go-ahead for the match between Israel and Romania in Felskut, Hungary, according to FRF.
Three days before that, Israel will also face Switzerland at the same venue, the Pancho Stadium, where Puskas Academy plays its home matches.
According to the European Football Forum, access to the two games is allowed to the public within just 3,800 seats.
The match between Israel and Romania is scheduled for November 18 at 9:45 p.m.
