Simona Halep is not allowed to train at any sports facility approved and used by professional athletes. Thus, when she is in Romania, Halep cannot use the Izvoran base or the Romanian Tennis Federation base, as she is now forced to do her training moves at the Stežaria base owned by Ion Cyriac.
Halep can’t even train at Patrick Muratoglu’s academy in France. The complex is considered official, where small-level competitions are often held.
