CSA Steaua Bucharest emphatically won their home clash with FC Argeş to end their 5-game winless streak in Ligue 2.
The team coached by Daniel Opritza opened the scoring in the 12th minute of the game, when young Alin Raiku managed to score with a shot from the 16-meter penalty.
Before the break, the military scored once again with goal scorer Bohdan Chipirlu (min. 30).
The guests also had a numerical advantage at the end of the first half, when Andrii Panait received two yellow cards in two minutes.
In the second half, the hosts continued to control the game and Chipirliou scored a brace in the 83rd minute, but it was Pitesti who scored in the third minute of overtime to make the final score.
Thanks to this CSA victory, Steaua climbs to 7th place and collects 12 points.
On the other hand, FC Argesh drops to 10th place with 11 points.
