Adrian Mannarino, ranked 34th in the world and seeded 6th, won the ATP 250 tournament in Astana (Kazakhstan).

Adrian Mannarino, ATP Astana champion – he led with a set and a break

The Frenchman took two hours and ten minutes to defeat American Sebastian Corda (ATP 28, F5), 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.

Korda led 6-4, 3-1, but Mannarino staged an impressive comeback, winning 11 of the next 13 games.

During the competition, Adrian also surpassed Artur Rinderknech (66 ATP), Alibek Kachmazov (315 ATP), Yuri Rodionov (107 ATP) and Sebastian Ofner (58 ATP).

This is Mannarino’s fourth career title, having also won at Hertogenbosch (2019), Winston-Salem (2022) and Newport (2023). The French lost 10 more finals.

Thanks to the run in Astana, Adrian Mannarino recorded a jump of 11 positions in the ATP rankings and took the 23rd place (the highest was 22nd).
