Rodrigo, the player Liverpool want to replace Mohamed Salah

Liverpool have struggled to keep hold of Mohamed Salah this summer.

The Egyptian footballer was highly wanted by Al Ittihad, the Saudi Arabian champions, who also offered £200m to sign him earlier this summer.

What’s more, the Saudi Arabian champions have said they will also try to sign Salah in the winter, so Liverpool would have already taken a precautionary measure.

According to Fichajes, Liverpool have already targeted Real Madrid’s Rodrigo, who is under contract with the Santiago Bernabeu side until the summer of 2025.

With a market capitalization of €100 million, Rodrigo arrived at Real Madrid in the summer of 2019 and has since made 171 La Liga appearances.

Rodrigo has 38 goals and 32 assists in Real Madrid.
