Paul Redukan became the new coach of FC Craiova 1948 – he replaced Nicolae Dike

Immediately after the end of the last season, FC Craiova 1948 announced the departure of Nicolo Napoli and the arrival of the Portuguese Joao Janeiro.

A few days before the start of the new season, Olten announced parting with the Portuguese technician, who was later replaced by Nicolae Dike.

Unfavorable results were not on Dike’s side, and Adrian Mititelu agreed with him on a peaceful termination of the contract.

After several stages in which the team was prepared by the Vasylich-Dragan couple, Kraiova 1948 announced that Paul Redukan will lead the team from Bani.

“Welcome Paul Redukan!

Paul Redukan was appointed head coach of our team. He will be responsible for training the team together with Florin Dragan, Dan Vasylycha and Vali Davyd.

Signed the contract until 06/30/2024.

We wish him luck and as many victories as possible.” – says the club’s official press release.

After 9 games, FC Craiova 1948 is in 8th place in the Romanian Super League and has 12 points.

In addition, the team from Olt has the weakest defense in the Romanian Super League, conceding 18 goals so far.
