Germanstadt defeated FC Voluntari

“Hermannstadt” won in the 9th stage of the Romanian Super League.

The team coached by Marius Melderasanu won the dispute with FC Voluntari with a score of 3-1.

Ilfoven had a great chance to open the scoring, but the German hit the crossbar powerfully.

In the next stage, Sigurjonsson scored against the guests (min. 27), beating Kebuza with a header.

Alhassan could have equalized before the break, but his effort was blocked by Vilchanu.

In the second half, Yanku quickly restored the tie after Balaure’s cross (min. 51), and 6 minutes later, Daniel Paraskiv gave the home team the advantage, executing a shot from 11 meters.

In the 76th minute, the visitors dominated after Matricardi received a second yellow card.

Ihor Armas was also removed from the Ilfoveni camp by center Ovidiu Hatsegan.

With 5 minutes to go, Petrishor Petrescu closed the score after Paraskiv’s cross.

With this result, Hermannstadt rose to 7th place and scored 12 points. On the other hand, the Volunteer remains at level 10, in 10th place.
