Caroline Wozniacki is experiencing a second youth in tennis. After a three-year absence from the sport, during which time she also gave birth to two children, the Dane returned to the white sport and now she has qualified for the eighth final of the US Open 2023.

Caroline Wozniacki in the 1/8 finals of the US Open 2023

Caroline, who is ranked 623 in the world, came back from 0-1 down and moved ahead of the ambitious Jennifer Brady (433 WTA).

Wozniacki’s score was 4-6, 6-3, 6-1 after a match that lasted one hour and 58 minutes.

In the 1/8 finals, Karolin has a control match against Coco Gauf. Part of a new generation in world women’s tennis, the American is seeded sixth at Flushing Meadows.
