London Chelsea broke the ice in the new Premier League season after two legs in which they won only a draw, managing to win the home match against Luton Town with a score of 3-0.

Mauricio Pochettino’s men started the season with a draw at Liverpool and a defeat at West Ham, and the third match was a lucky one.

Chelsea opened the scoring with Raheem Sterling in the 17th minute, who completed a double in the 69th minute.

Senegalese Nicolas Jackson set the final score six minutes later.

With this win, Chelsea moved up to eighth place with 4 points, while Luton are bottom of the Premier League table after three consecutive defeats.
