“Hermannstadt”, a big ball on Sepsi field

Even if the clock is ticking in Europe, Sepsi Sfantu Gheorghe has made another misstep in the championship.

The team coached by Liviu Ciobotariu made it two consecutive draws at home with a 1-1 draw against Hermannstadt.

The Sibiians completely controlled the first half, but the hosts took a 1-0 lead. In the only scoring moment, Sherif Kallaku opened the scoring in the 45th minute of the game.

In the second half, the game was a little more balanced, but the guests managed to restore the tie through Florin Bejan (min. 53).

Kovesnen tried to score the winning goal, but wasted a great opportunity in front of Letica’s goal.

The final score is 1-1, Sepsi scores 9 points and climbs to 4th place. On the other hand, Hermannstadt reaches 7th place and climbs to 8th place.
